V-ASSIST first venture starts with the commencement of Maybank's Auto-Assist Program (MAAP). Designed to cater for Maybank General and Maybank Takaful's customer, the MAAP will come under V-ASSIST's scope of duties. V-ASSIST MAAP act as motoring and vehicle support service provider to Maybank customers, ensure customer totally peace of mind. The MAAP was kick-off on August 15, 2006 with its dedicated 24-hour Emergency Helpline at 1-800-828-118 and Customer Claim Assist Helpline at 1-800-88-9006.
